On my professional front; I have been fortunate enough to cook for many known personalities –they do appreciate and give me credit ,"I appreciate and thank God for that".However,I would really want to cook for Queen Elizabeth and pope.
Iam leaving my dream of making Uganda a home for all cuisines in the world and empowering all generations through power of cooking to become self sufficient

The premise this site was built is best summed up in two sentences:
when you own several cookbooks, its time to stop buying and start cooking.

This site chronicles cookbook collections, one recipe after the other.
This site started in late 2016 when I looked up at the big number of cookbook collection in my shelf one morning and realized that instead of exploring the different books in my collection-I was cooking the same recipes over and over. I could buy anew book each time I step into the city-always with good intentions. I would regularly go through my books and carefully tag each recipe that piqued my interest. I ended up with shelves full of books(67 cookbooks) brimming with posts-neatly organized by regions, starters, main courses, and deserts. I made a resolution. In the process I hoped to learn new techniques of cooking, explore unfamiliar ingredients, discover new recipes, document my successes and failures, and hopefully inspire other cooks to do the same.
Now I choose and write about the recipes that intersect my life, my exposures, and my everyday interests-often they are from my cookbooks, the world best chefs I happen to meet, or the recipes i created myself.
